President Marlene Pohl is a Mobility Coordinator for Central Transportation in Stevens Point, WI. She advocates for the expansion of public transit and for the safety of bicyclists, pedestrians, and other users of non-motorized transport modes. She became involved with transit advocacy through the disability rights and environmental movements.
Vice President Rozie Brooks is with the La Crosse Area Transit Advocates. She advocates for more regional transit service throughout Wisconsin.
Secretary/Treasurer Susan De Vos is the president of the Madison Area Bus Advocates (http://www.busadvocates.org), transit advocates who envision an expanded and improved urban and regional bus system in the greater Madison area. She is a Senior Scientist in Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Chelsea Dallin is School Counselor at the Wisconsin Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Janesville. She obtained a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from UW-Platteville in 2014. She wants there to be more bus service, both locally and for intercity travel throughout Wisconsin.

Royce Williams wishes to see more intercity rail and bus service throughout Wisconsin seamlessly connected to local public transit.
Cathy Van Maren has lived in La Crosse for decades and has been a bicycle commuter and public transportation fan since childhood. Now retired, she’s working to expand and improve public transportation options locally, regionally, and state-wide. Having visited the Netherlands several times, she understands how a well funded, well planned, integrated, affordable public transportation system can improve the quality of life for everyone.
Kurt Roskopf works tirelessly 365 days a year feeding the big shift into integration (desegregation) of Wisconsin populations as a full-time volunteer. He had been Vice-Chair of the Wisconsin Council on Physical Disabilities (WCPD/CPD).
Nick DeMarsh has been involved in environmental justice in Milwaukee, including work in urban agriculture and transit advocacy, since 2007. He recently completed his Master’s in Urban Studies at UWM and is currently pursuing a PhD in Planning at UW-Madison.
Mark Quam Chairs the the Chippewa Valley Transit Alliance, the Eau Claire-Chippewa Valley area’s multi-modal public transportation advocacy group. A passenger rail enthusiast, he serves as Secretary of the West Central WI Rail Coalition, VP for All Aboard WI and as the WI Council Rep. to the national Rail Passengers Association (RPA). He belongs to the National Railway Historical Society, and is helping rebuild the Morrisonville Railroad Depot near his childhood town of De Forest, WI into a railroad museum.
